We design and manufacture various types of platforms (operational platforms, walkways, stairs, handrails, ladders, etc.) tailored to our customers' requests, one by one. Using our unique methods, we supply bolt-joined platforms at high quality and low prices. We conduct everything from structural analysis and strength calculations to planning and design using 3D CAD, as well as detailed work (including the creation of installation drawings). Additionally, we can provide integrated manufacturing from primary processing linked with 3D CAD to assembly and painting. <Feature 1> Quality Improvement - Steel Structure Integrated Manufacturing System By converting data from 3D CAD software to each processing machine, parts are manufactured according to the drawings. Since welding is not performed, thermal distortion does not occur, allowing for the stable supply of products. <Feature 2> Reduction of Manufacturing Labor By using bolts in all factory assembly parts, we shorten the manufacturing period and can supply at a lower price. <Feature 3> Reduction of Installation Labor By using bolts in all installation parts on-site, we can reduce installation labor by eliminating welding and the associated curing work, as well as the grinding range during finishing painting.
